NEWS

12/6/11 - Human for a Day just came out and is available to order. I have a piece in there about an archangel who is forced to live as a human for just twenty-four hours.

9/29/11 - The new anthology Space Tramps #5 is out and available for purchase. I have a short story in here about a post-war vet who wanders from spaceship to spaceship as she attempts to find peace.

7/20/11 - Two new anthologies are available for order that have stories of mine in them! The anthologies are Beast Within 2 and Carnage & Consequences. See my ordering page for more information.

4/28/11 - Two main pieces of news today. First of all, my books The Shadow Chaser and The Bringer of War are now available on the Kindle. Second, the book Human Tales came out this week and features a short story of mine.

1/12/11 - Boondocks Fantasy is now available for purchase. I added a link to my Ordering Info page.

8/27/10 - Added a link for purchasing Stalking the Wild Hare from Amazon.

8/11/10 - I made a few updates to the website that were long overdue. First of all, I updated my published works to include the Ross-Allen letters, Missing Pieces, and Stalking the Wild Hare. All three of these are published. The first was co-authored by me and the latter two are short story anthologies containing new fiction of mine. I also updated the ordering page to provide links to The Ross-Allen Letters. I will add links to order the others when they are available. Enjoy!

4/20/09 - I have started a new tradition on my Live Journal. Since I am an avid gamer and host a regular gaming night with a decent game collection, I thought I could help other gamers by providing a regular review. Each Monday, I will be reviewing a board or card game both on my journal and on Board Game Geek. Here is a link to my BGG account.

2/26/09 - First of all, here is the first review on the internet for The Bringer of War. I enjoyed the review quite a bit and appreciated the reviewer's comments. It is always helpful to hear what other people think. Also, I have just learned that I will be on panels at GenCon Indy 2009. I will post more information about that as we get closer to the date! I am still working on determining what conventions I will be going to this year, and trying to balance it with my schedule with the Seattle Knights show schedule.

8/30/08 - It was time for a major update to the website. I added some new sections and deleted some old ones. It should run a little smoother at this point. I did not have a chance to update it before GenCon Indy, because I wanted to update more than just adding links to my new books. But now, the update is complete. GenCon was wonderful, and I made a lot of possible contacts which is always a nice plus. But, most importantly, I met a lot of returning fans, saw some old friends, and had a great time playing some games when time permitted. What more could you want?

6/1/08 - Wonderful news! First, my second book, The Bringer of War will be available at GenCon Indy this year. In addition, I will have a short story anthology that I am editing and publishing available at that point. Also, at GenCon, I am going to be on panels! The last piece of news is that The Edge of Propinquity just let me know that they want to publish one of my short stories! It should be available in an upcoming issue.

2/12/08 - I have updated the schedule tab with a schedule for conventions for this year. The big news is that I will be able to go to MarsCon! I am looking forward to it! Also, I am working on a couple of projects that will hopefully be ready by GenCon this year. Stay tuned!

10/26/07 - So this is going up a bit later than I intended. For those of you who are curious about what I do at work, I have a link to a blog entry I wrote for work. As a warning, it is very technical.

9/10/07 - I added a page for pictures and uploaded my shots from my recent Mount Rainier summit attempt. Enjoy!

8/27/07 - This site has been very stagnant as of late, but it is a continuous endeavor. Currently, I would like to share that my second book has been written and edited - hopefully a publisher and/or agent will be found soon. Also, I have a few shorts out for possible publication. Finally, two new samples are added to my brand new page of free stuff!

1/15/07 – I finally managed to make the time to update my web page. Much has happened since I last made an update. The most substantial of changes involved a move across half the country and a change of job as a result. I am now officially a writer for a living, just not writing novels for a living yet. I spent some time thinking about this, and this website is going to remain somewhat static. Obviously I will update it as I get publication news and the like, but otherwise, I will make few updates. I will, however, be making more frequent updates on my Live Journal. In addition, that is where I am sharing my Serial novel experiment.

8/17/06 - Well, it has been too long since my last update. I have since attended several conventions (Anime Boston, CONvergence, WesterCon, GenCon Indy) which were all great opportunities for fun and for the business aspect of my writing career. In fact, I am ready to go back to GenCon. My second novel is still looking for a home with an agent who will find a publisher, while sales of the first one stay strong. In addition, my free Serial Novel is still coming along at almost forty story sections. I also use that journal to provide more in depth updates, so keep an eye on it for that reason as well. I am in the midst of some minor tinkering with this site right now, and might do some more in depth updates in the future. Stay tuned!

3/6/06 - For anyone who didn't know, I was at MarsCon this weekend, which was an AMAZING and wonderful convention! So far, it is the most fun I have had at a convention. A large part of that is due to the terrific entertainment talents of all the Dementia Radio artists that were there. The organizers of the convention were gracious enough to let me set up shop in exchange for being on a few panels, so I was ecstatic. In addition, thanks to my very energetic new publicist (an amusing story in and of itself), I was interviewed on Dementia Radio to talk about how much butt my book kicks. If you want to hear that story, ask me about it! Anyways, MarsCon was great! I need to go to more cons!

2/5/06 - I redesigned my web page a little bit. If you look around you should see the changes. Nothing major at his point. The biggest news is that I have started writing a serial story and you can find it at my Live Journal site. Soon I should have the prologue to my second novel, tentatively called "The Bringer of War" up on its own page. Stay tuned!
